ONEMARKK Refund Policy

1. Bags & Accessories

Returns: You may return unused, undamaged bags in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: Buyer pays return shipping (unless the item is defective/damaged or we sent the wrong product).

Refunds: Once approved, refunds (excluding original shipping costs) are processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged/Wrong Item? Contact us at refund@onemarkk.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it or cover return costs.

2. Cosmetics & Skincare

No Returns/Refunds: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or non-defective items.

Damaged/Defective? Email us at refund@onemarkk.com within 48 hours with order details and photos. We’ll replace it free of charge.

No Exceptions: Change of mind, ingredient reactions, or sale items cannot be returned.
