ONEMARKK Return & Refund Policy

At ONEMARKK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return unworn, unwashed lingerie items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn, used, or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened intimate apparel that has been tried on (unless defective)

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene regulations, intimate apparel that has been worn, opened, or used cannot be returned unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is defective or damaged

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- The item arrived not as described

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ONEMARKK is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, contact us at support@onemarkk.com and we will help you with an exchange, subject to availability.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@onemarkk.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
