ONEMARKK Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at ONEMARKK. Below you will find information about order processing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

- Germany & EU: 4–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 5–9 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier issues, or peak seasons. ONEMARKK is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Free shipping promotions, when active, are displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.

4. TRACKING

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once the package has been shipped. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@onemarkk.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ONEMARKK is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
